Q: I lost my gift card, can I still get my bonus?
A: No, unfortunately. Without your card number we cannot provide you with a bonus code. You can find the rules for your promotion on your receipt, or in the offer terms and conditions on the website.

Q: How do I know if my card is eligible for a bonus?
A: Card eligibility depends on card denomination, date and place of purchase, and retailer. Please review the rules of the promotion, which can be found in the offer terms and conditions on this website, and confirm that the correct product was purchased.

Q: Can I claim my bonus whenever I want?
A: No. Our promotions are planned for certain timeframes. Once that period ends you will no longer be able to claim your bonus. Please refer to the offer terms and conditions for the claim period.

Q: I did not receive an e-mail with my bonus code.
A: Your e-mail will be sent within 4 hours. If you haven’t received it by then, please check your spam and junk mail folders. If you still can't locate the email, click on 
Contact Us for assistance. You will be prompted to enter your card number and email address again, so please have your card handy.

Q: Where can I find my card number?
A: The card number is located on the back of the card below the barcode.  Please enter the 19 digits on the far right. Click here to see an example.   

Q: I lost my receipt, can I still get my bonus?
A: Yes, you only need the card number on the back of your card, along with a valid email address.

Q: I entered my card number and it’s not recognized in the system.
A: Try re-entering the information again and make sure all the information is entered correctly. If you're still having a problem, please click on Contact Us
 and we'll help resolve the issue.

Q: I entered my card number and received a message stating my card is not valid.
A: In order to be eligible, the gift card should be activated upon purchase at an eligible retailer location. Check with the store where the card was purchased and confirm the activation was processed correctly. Upon confirmation that your card was activated properly, please click on Contact Us

Q: I entered my card number and received a message stating my bonus has already been claimed.
A: Try re-entering the card number. If it still doesn't work, please click on Contact Us

Q: I am trying to use my bonus code, but it’s not working.

Q: Can I buy a participating card at one retailer and claim my bonus at another retailer?
A: No. The bonus campaign is specific to certain cards, purchased at specific retailers. Please review the offer terms and conditions and confirm that the card was purchased at a qualifying location.

Q: Can I gift my bonus code?
A: Yes. We will send the bonus code to the e-mail you entered in Step 1 of the claim process.

Q: I purchased more than one of the same gift card. Can I submit more than one bonus claim?
A: Some promotions have a limit on the number of claims that can be submitted. You may find the rules for the promotion in the offer terms and conditions on the website.

Q: Can I claim more than one bonus for the same card?
A: No.

Q: How do I redeem my bonus code?
A: To redeem, follow the instructions provided in the product email.

Q: Can I claim a bonus for a card purchased in another country?
A: No.

Q: Can I exchange my bonus content code for other content?
A: No. Bonus content codes can only be redeemed for specific content.
